CCU Softball Updates

Some updates to note for this year's softball league:

1. League Application: see CCU Sports Page for complete application. Early bird applications due March 26th. All other applications due April 9th.

2. League Theme: "Grace Like Rain"; fellowhip details to follow

3. CCU Softball General Meeting

Date: Thursday, May 10th 2007
Time: 7:30 pm
Location: 1900 Lawton St. (btwn. 25th & 26th Ave.), San Francisco

4. CCU Softball Mandatory Reffing Clinc

Date: Sunday, May 20th 2007
Time: 2:30pm
Place: Lower Westmoor field (151 Edgemont Dr. Daly City, CA)

Directions to Westmoor field:


From San Francisco-Option 1

Take Hwy 35 (a.k.a. Skyline Blvd.) and exit Westmoor Ave. (previous exit before that is Westridge)

Turn left at the light and keep going 'til you reach the 2nd stop sign (you will see a school in front of you)

At that stop sign, turn right and go straight 'til you see a big driveway on your left. Turn into the parking lot and you will see the field.


From San Francisco-Option 2

Take Fwy 280 South & get off Eastmoor Ave./Mission St. exit; hang a left at the fork (that will be Sullvan Ave.)

Turn left on Sullivan Ave. That will turn into Eastmoor Ave.

Turn right on Eastmoor Ave; that will turn into Westmoor Ave.

Continue on Westmoor Ave. & turn left on Edgemont Dr.

Westmoor Park will be on your left.
